About me:   I'm Sharon Travis and I have been involved with Bay City Schools my entire life. My parents are both retired teachers and I attended Bay City Schools as a student. I also have four children who attended or are still attending school in this district. My interest in our schools is both as an educator and a parent volunteer.

Currently, I teach Third Grade in the Gifted and Talented Program at Kolb Elementary. Prior to coming to Kolb, I taught seventh grade, a third/fourth split and kindergarten. Kolb has been my favorite place. The warm staff, students and parents make coming to work a joy.
