Hello, my name is Lisa Hilliard and this will be my first year with Bay City Public Schools. I’m the new Media Specialist for both Kolb and Linsday Elementary. I studied education at Western Michigan University where I received a Bachelors of Science degree. Then moved back to my hometown of Midland and went to graduate school at SVSU to study instructional technology.

I recently got married over the summer. My husband Matt and I have a one year old labradoodle named Marley, who resembles the infamous Marley from Marley and Me just a little too much! She keeps us busy going for runs, hikes through the woods and going up north to play in the lake. But when I have time to myself, I enjoy relaxing on the sofa with a good book!
