Hola. My name is Mrs (Senora) Armendarez and I am the Spanish teacher at Kolb this year. I have a Bachelors degree in Spanish and Biology and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I taught high school Spanish in Flint for ten years and have been with the Bay City Public Schools for ten years. I have taught many levels of Spanish and have been in many buildings. Last year I taught at both Central High School and Handy Middle School.

I am married and have a thirteen year old son, Jason, who is in eigth grade at Western Middle School. We have a dog named Evan and live in Auburn. My son went to Mackensen Elementary, which is the other building that I will be teaching in this school year. I love sports, reading, and spending time with my family. I am very excited to be at Kolb Elementary and look forward tto eaching my students more as they continue their journey learning a second language......VIVA ESPANOL!!
